Listen Scarface, Tolik and I did not slam Russian/Ukranian women. First of all, lose that Ukrainian stuff. You probably don't even know what the term means. Can you tell me the difference between a "Ukrainian" woman and a Russian woman? No? That's what I thought. I think Tolik thinks Russian women are the best. I also think Russian women are great. Where you got the slamming from I have no clue. As far as dating someone from another culture, I don't know about Tolik but I have certainly dated women from other cultures - in fact, I have dated only 2 Russian girls my whole life. Just some advice: you won't get a Russian girl by posting "Hi I'm an American bozo looking for single hot inteligent russian women. email me when you're ready to jump in my lap" Not only will this not work with Russian women, but I find it hard to believe that any woman of any decent culture would respond to that ad. If you had a daughter, would *you* want her to respond to something like that? If you want to get Russian chics, start participating here and get to know one. Or, pay $5000 to some agency and FedEx yourself a wife from Russia who will probably love the hell out of you until her green card comes in. She might even let you keep the house. Fair enough. I withdraw my comments. A section to date & a section to discuss the machinations of dating including ideal & non-ideal content of personal ads (as non-specifcally to individual posters as is feasible) etc... would be cool. I think some of the stuff brought up in this topic was very interesting and very relevant to both Russian and American relations.

This whole angry discussion is another reason why this site needs a separate dating section, so that nobody can write comments about an ad. A person should not be attacked and discussed openly like you've known him for a long time. You don't even know this guy, how can you make confident conclusions about this person, his motives and reasons for the ad. This shouldn't actually be anyone else's business other than that person's, I don't understand the urge to discuss and criticize people who post ads in the Singles section. Just have a look at each of those in the Singles section, someone always disses the people posting these ads. What is the purpose of this section - exactly what it is - for people to look for other people, not be dissed and criticized and discussed - this is NOT what people expect in this place. So please, as much as you guys want to exercise your wit and rhethorical skill, try to refrain from bashing the author for nothing. It is his personal business what to post and how to post it, respect that.
