Many people helped in preparation for move and I would like to use this opportunity to express my appreciation.    I would like to thank Beta Testers: Alex, _Sergey_, Leah, 412, Leonya, Egor and Dasha for their great testing efforts and helpful comments.

I would also like to thank Artyom who worked with me on creating migration path to allow transfer of all forums, topics, and member information (including signatures and private messages) from old forum to new.  The development of this project has been ongoing since 2006.

What's New in the Forum?

There are so many new features that it would be a very long list for me to describe them all.  Take some time to explore the forum and I am sure you'll come across something interesting.

While great effort has been made to minimize significant problems after migration, some unexpected issues are sure to come up.  If you are able to login and post to the forum, but have a problem or a question, feel free to post your question in this Thread.

If you are unable to login using your old username and password, you can reset your password via a link found on a Sign In page.  You will be required to provide your email address.  If you are still experiencing problems accessing the forum, you can contact me via online form.

Maybe it's cuz I'm the only active user who didn't beta test?

Just one suggestion - can we PLEASE have the Active Topics or some easy way to see all the latest active post topics?  I liked how those were summarized on the front page, and under Recent Topics.  Showing all those old posts clutterst things up.

Change is painful.

- увеличить шрифт :  я могу, конечно, ctrl+ нажать, но тогда приходится пользоваться "скроллерами";


- цвет фонта у названия топика : В списке топиков (страница "active topics") Название топика, кто автор или кто ответил - одного цвета, они поэтому сливаются. Может, название другим цветом выделать? Или сделать чередование фона у топиков (чуть темнее, чуть светлее), тогда лечге просматривать.

HOW TO. . .

Change your UI to Russian:

1. Click on your handle at the top right, where it says " Signed in as . . ."
2. Click on "About" tab
3. At the bottom, where you see Language, in a drop-down select Russian.
4. Click "Save Changes" button.
   

 Non-Russian speakers are strongly discouraged following these steps.
