This is being posted by my girlfriend, since she is too lazy to search for her forum screen name and password :-)!

Both gtSasha and I watched this Diane Sawyer special on ABC last night. To say that it's inspiring, is not closely enough to what it really is.
It is way past just or even extremely inspiring, in fact, I don't even realy know of any adjectives, appropriete enough, to describe the feeling I personally had when I watched it!
When I spoke to other's earlier in the day who have had seen this program, I find that most people have the same kinda awe and amazement, as gtSasha and I did.
So in case, someone, or many of you haven't gotten the chance to see this last night, I'm posting this link into this post. I believe it is
so worth spending just one hour, and gaining an outlook on life that is just so unbelievable, unfathomable (if that's a word ;-)) and unexpected
of someone faced w/ an "unlucky..." - "brick wall", as Randy Pausch is.
Here's the link: http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/LastLecture
I assume that this interview is most likely on YouTube as well, by now.
If you'd wish to share your thoughts on this, I believe it would become a meaningful discussion, so feel free to do so.
The reason I posted this post under this particular section of the forum will be quite clear after viewing the link to this interview.
I believe most of you will agree that this is not a "general" topic. It relates to "home and family" and I believe it will get most desereved attention,
under this forum's category better, compared to if it were posted, in any other section of the forum - as it is definitely not, every day news story.
Sincerely,
gtSasha's girlfriend ;-)
Sasha
