Есть опыт, что такие организации "подводили" клиента. Например, нью-йорский ХИАС просто пропустил "отведенный" срок подачи документов на убежище и клиент автоматом попал в суд.

I have a number to the Resettlement Agency in Atlanta- it may take me few hours to get to it.
I am not sure of all their services- but one of them is helping people who arrive with the refugee status (already granted outside US) to resettle, cannot say anything as to the assisting with filing for the asylum/refugee status.
There is also GAIN, I believe they work with Catholic Charities of Atlanta, but not religiously driven, and can take an asylum case pro bono or for very low fee- I do not know on what basis GAIN selects what applicant to help and which case to take. You can google GAIN, or I will get then number for them in a bit, along with Refugee Resettlement contact information.
