Job Details:
With our Business Innovation Group (BIG) you will have the opportunities to work closely with our Venture Partners overseas on various Business Investment projects. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be assisting and coordinate with Project Managers and Team Members. Responsible for working closely with the client team and resources in gathering, documenting and analyzing functional business requirements You will deliver high availability solutions to meet the strategic needs of our Investors and Venture Partners.
Salary: $11-$14 hr
Major Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to, are:
* You will be responsible for working closely with our Venture Partners and Clients team within USA and overseas in gathering, documenting and analyzing functional business requirements.
* Coordinate with Fund Managers, Fund Syndicators, Investment Bankers, Project Directors, and other project functions to expedite exchange of ideas and information needed.
* Requirements analysis and business system specification support in areas involving Business Intelligence reporting and analytics.
* Will support the full project development lifecycle: including eliciting business requirements with business users and Consultative Business Services analysts;
* Works with other departments to facilitate project implementations;
* Analyzes, interprets, and writes reports of research findings;
* Articulating data and functional requirements and specifications;
* Will develop business process models; work with project management team to define tasks and work estimates and report progress and status on a consistent basis.
* Ensures post investment support is delivered.
Requirements:
* An up-to-date resume or curriculum vitae.
* Excellent email and verbal communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Russian languages (Written and Verbal)
* Ability to Commute Fluent in Russian and English languages with Project Managers and Project Team Members
* Excellent Business writing & Communication Skills.
* Produce written documents in the English language with clearly organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar.
* Communicate orally and written in the English and Russian languages face-to-face, one-to-one setting, by phone or by e-mail and in a group setting
* Deadlines with 100% reliability.
* Work cooperatively with Project Managers and Executive Team
* 1+ year in the financial industry or previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not limited to.
* Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, & ability to interact with various levels within an organization Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently.
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing and sales or related field of study or Under Graduate Student with minimum of 2 Years in College Or Associate Degree with major in Business with equivalent 5 years work experience.

* Applicants must have intermediate to advanced PC and Internet experience in Microsoft Windows XP & Vista Operating Systems Environment
* Proficiency in higher-order of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills. Work with Styles, Templates, Track Changes, Commenting, and Versioning.
* Must be able to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team as well as be self-motivated.
* Amazing organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.
* Capacity to handle multiple tasks.
* Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm, with accuracy.
